Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, beneficiaries, family members, and professional advisors.
  • •Conduct regular client review meetings to coordinate relationship objectives, administrative matters, family needs, and planning issues.
  • •Maintain continuity by tracking each client's family dynamics, wealth structure, estate planning objectives, financial circumstances, and long-term goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls; resolve complex administrative issues as an escalation point.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, trust administration, or financial services operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of trust and fiduciary administration, investment operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Professional designation such as CTFA or CFP is a plus.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
