Ensure guest safety and venue security by monitoring the area, preventing and resolving guest altercations, and leading emergency evacuation assistance. Conduct ID checks for guests appearing under 30 drinking alcohol, inspect attendees with metal detectors or pat-down searches to prevent weapons and harmful items, and enforce venue photo/video recording policies. Circulate throughout shifts, communicate using radios and hand signals, and keep interior/exterior areas clean and hazard-free.
