Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute installation, modification, project management, and maintenance support for pilot equipment sets.
  • •Solve straightforward equipment problems with guidance and identify root causes of equipment shifts.
  • •Provide suggested solutions to real-time equipment problems and recommend equipment changes to improve process metrics.
  • •Support and improve production equipment through repair, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and effective changeovers.
  • •Troubleshoot advanced problems with limited guidance, monitor downtime/repair cycle time, and transfer knowledge with good support and documentation.

  • •Execute installation, modification, and maintenance support for pilot equipment sets.
  • •Troubleshoot and analyze machine failure mechanisms or frequency, using guidance when needed.
