Key Responsibilities

•Earn piece-rate pay and participate in an unlimited commission plan.
•Become an expert in smart home technology through product training and then install, service, and troubleshoot systems in customer homes.
•Manage inventory and company assets with a business-owner mentality.
•Create solutions that protect and simplify customers’ lives, including explaining system capabilities and providing operational instructions.
•Conduct routine maintenance and leverage appointments into leads and revenue by offering additional products and services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180 - 350

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Customer-first attitude, including integrity and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
•Technical aptitude—experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful (not required).
