Key Responsibilities

  • •Adjudicate warranty coverage for ICE, Hybrid, and EV components per policy terms and conditions
  • •Record and summarize adjudication outcomes in the company system with high accuracy
  • •Prepare clear summary reports on vehicle condition and damage for assigned cases
  • •Coordinate with service center staff and customers to review inspection results for program enrollment; compile inspection history and negotiate claim outcomes within regulations
  • •Perform accurate, efficient data entry in line with company policies, project plans, and service standards

Key Requirements

  • •Education: Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or a Bachelor’s in Auto Mechanics/Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or National Skill Standard Certificate in Auto Mechanics
  • •Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in motor insurance claims and/or as a mechanic/technician in automotive or EV service centers (EV experience is an advantage)
  • •Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams
  • •Soft skills: Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong technical analytical thinking and sound decision-making
  • •Language: Fluent Thai (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
