Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Adjudicate warranty coverage for ICE, Hybrid, and EV components per policy terms and conditions
•Record and summarize adjudication outcomes in the company system with high accuracy
•Prepare clear summary reports on vehicle condition and damage for assigned cases
•Coordinate with service center staff and customers to review inspection results for program enrollment; compile inspection history and negotiate claim outcomes within regulations
•Perform accurate, efficient data entry in line with company policies, project plans, and service standards

Key Requirements

•Education: Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or a Bachelor’s in Auto Mechanics/Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or National Skill Standard Certificate in Auto Mechanics
•Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in motor insurance claims and/or as a mechanic/technician in automotive or EV service centers (EV experience is an advantage)
•Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams
•Soft skills: Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong technical analytical thinking and sound decision-making
•Language: Fluent Thai (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
