Job Summary

Develop and maintain relocation and vacancy trackers, dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools that help project teams manage temporary relocation, vacant unit preparation, resident-to-unit matching, and phase-by-phase move planning. Analyze resident, unit readiness, and schedule data to identify gaps and forecast vacancy needs. Partner with relocation, property management, operations, resident engagement, and construction teams to keep relocation and vacancy information accurate and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and improve master trackers for temporary relocation, move-out, move-back, vacant unit preparation, resident matching, and unit readiness.
•Track and update resident relocation status across projects, buildings, units, households, accessibility needs, phases, and move dates.
•Build and maintain resident-to-unit matching tools using approved criteria, including bedroom size, accessibility requirements, timing, constraints, and availability.
•Identify shortages and gaps between relocation demand and available vacant units by bedroom size, accessibility need, phase, building, and move period.
•Track vacant unit status through resident-ready turnover, including inspections, repairs, environmental clearance, maintenance, cleaning, punch list correction, acceptance, and release.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in data analytics, urban planning, public administration, business, administration, information systems, engineering, architecture (or equivalent) plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience developing trackers, dashboards, reports, databases, action item logs, or project controls tools.
•Experience with Power BI, Access, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
•Translate business requirements into reporting tools, dashboards, workflows, data structures, or process improvements.
•Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with comfort working with complex resident and unit readiness information.
