Job Summary

Lead and manage branch operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. Coach, develop, and motivate a branch team to execute the Branch Playbook, meet sales and service goals, and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls. Grow small business relationships through outside calling, centers of influence, and partnerships, while handling staffing, schedules, performance management, and timely completion of operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Build a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and recommending financial solutions aligned to client goals.
•Grow business through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, and lead the branch team to meet activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
•Lead and develop the branch sales team through recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regular coaching.
•Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls, including timely completion of branch operational tasks.
•Manage staffing and scheduling for direct reports, including recruiting and deploying teammates across branches as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
•Minimum 3 years of small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
•Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) and influence business partners to promote business.
