Job Summary

Provide operational leadership for Money Network cardholder servicing in a high-visibility client environment. Own the operating model for incident, problem, and knowledge management, drive service excellence through governance and metrics, and track external SLA/SLR commitments and compliance. Build executive-ready reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Power Automate, analyze complaints for root-cause insights, and partner with technology, product, and risk/compliance leaders to continuously improve the servicing model.

•Lead the operational client experience strategy for Money Network cardholder servicing, defining priorities, success metrics, and governance.
•Partner with technology, product, and risk/compliance leaders to drive operational improvements, release readiness, and continuous optimization.
•Develop and manage internal and external reporting to deliver clear, accurate, executive-ready insights.
•Own external SLA/SLR commitment tracking and proactively identify risks or gaps in service delivery.
•Leverage Power BI and Power Automate to build dashboards, automate workflows, and analyze complaints trends for remediation opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,500 - 165,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience in operations leadership, client experience, or servicing in a regulated financial services environment.
•Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate, including designing dashboards and automating reporting.
•Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data across multiple systems of record to produce accurate, actionable insights.
•Experience managing reporting frameworks, SLA/SLR performance tracking, and complaints analytics in regulated or government-linked programs.
