Perform phlebotomy and related specimen handling for laboratory testing, including verifying requisitions and patients, obtaining blood via venipuncture and finger sticks, and maintaining specimen integrity. Track and log collections and quality-control results, resolve unusual orders with clinical partners, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and applicable regulations. Also support operational tasks such as patient report printing, billing question triage, and coordinating courier pickups.
