Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute the Asia Pacific sales strategy for Advanced Analytics across Financial Institutions.
  • •Drive revenue growth by selling Test & Learn and broader Advanced Analytics solutions to banks, issuers, acquirers, digital banks, and fintech organizations.
  • •Build, develop, and manage a multimillion-dollar pipeline of strategic opportunities across priority markets and accounts.
  • •Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract signature and expansion.
  • •Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and business leaders across analytics, product, marketing, risk, innovation, and related teams; represent Mastercard in industry forums and client events across Asia Pacific.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive enterprise sales, business development, consulting, analytics, software, SaaS, data, or technology solution sales experience.
  • •Experience selling to Financial Institutions (retail/commercial banks, issuers, acquirers, payment companies, and fintech).
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales with annual contract values in the millions and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • •Experience leading matrixed opportunities across multiple countries and functions, engaging senior executives and influencing C-suite/Board-1 decisions.
  • •Strong commercial acumen translating analytics capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI; experience developing business cases and long-term growth plans.
