Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, track, and prioritize Chinese-involved infrastructure projects across Vietnam; develop targeted account strategies for each.
•Lead early-stage engagement with Chinese contractors, designers, and consultants to secure Sika product specifications prior to tendering.
•Prepare and present Sika technical proposals, method statements, and product submissions in Mandarin Chinese, ensuring alignment with Chinese engineering standards (GB Standards).
•Monitor and report on competitor activity, with a specific focus on Chinese construction chemicals suppliers entering the Vietnamese market.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with Chinese-speaking stakeholders – including main contractors, sub-contractors, design institutes, and project owners from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Materials, or a related technical discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in MRT, metro, rail, or major transportation infrastructure projects; or in a technical/commercial role within a construction chemicals or building materials company.
•Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) – required.
•Professional working proficiency in English – required.
•Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
