Key Responsibilities

•Lead data analysis, migration, or engineering efforts for ERP/CRM transformations with a focus on D365 data migration.
•Design and implement data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Azure data services; ensure data quality and governance.
•Collaborate across global/APAC rollout programs and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data domains (finance, customer, vendor, project).
•Utilize DMF or equivalent data management tools; leverage Power Platform where applicable to enhance analytics and automation.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership in data architecture, modelling, and large-scale data processing within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or data engineering roles.
•Proven expertise in data migration for ERP/CRM transformations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
•Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Fabric ecosystem.
