PMC Lead Technical Safety HSE Engineer

Oversee HSE aspects of large, complex EPC projects for ADNOC Offshore, advising senior project management while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and international standards. Lead development and implementation of project HSE systems, including RAMS risk assessment processes, HSE KPIs, safety meetings, incident reporting and corrective actions. Coordinate with partner companies, guide safety training, and support emergency response and security points of contact.
