Job Summary

Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python, large language models, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python, large language models, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks.
•Build end-to-end AI workflows combining models, enterprise data, APIs, business logic, workflow automation, and HR systems.
•Create solution architectures that integrate generative AI, traditional machine learning, deterministic logic, and enterprise applications.
•Evaluate new technologies, prototype promising ideas, and improve solutions based on technical performance, user feedback, and measurable business impact.
•Work with HR, IT, and business teams to identify use cases, translate business challenges into scalable solutions, and present concepts and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong Python skills with hands-on experience building AI applications, prototypes, AI assistants, or intelligent workflow automation solutions.
•Solid foundation in machine learning with practical experience using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and agentic AI.
•Ability to determine when generative AI, traditional machine learning, automation, or combinations are appropriate, and translate business needs into technical concepts.
•Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI topics and collaborating across disciplines; experience with Azure, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel) and Git-based workflows is ideal.
