Key Responsibilities

  • •Own execution of a cohesive technical roadmap across multiple workstreams, coordinating with Card core and enterprise partners.
  • •Build platforms and capabilities interacting with Capital One Enterprise systems, and establish testing strategies.
  • •Create automation and tooling that accelerates delivery while ensuring proper governance and standardization.
  • •Collaborate with technology, product, and business partners to prioritize initiatives across multiple lines of business.
  • •Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and internal customers, while helping shape and expand the TPM discipline within the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 251,400 - 286,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • •Experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • •3+ years building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture (preferably AWS).
  • •3+ years delivering large and complex programs with ownership of business or technical vision across cross-functional teams.
