Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish team strategy and roadmap, prioritize opportunities based on risk reduction, efficiency gains, and business value, and manage the portfolio and reporting.
  • •Lead project intake and prioritization, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and risk assessment.
  • •Determine and report benefits realization across metrics such as hours saved, control effectiveness improvements, user adoption, and risk reduction.
  • •Lead process optimization by identifying high-volume, repetitive, and control-intensive processes; performing process mapping and waste analysis; designing future-state workflows; and measuring efficiency gains.
  • •Drive change management and training, including communications/adoption plans, training materials and user guides, stakeholder engagement, capturing user feedback, and promoting AI literacy.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge and strong leadership/organizational skills to define business unit goals, resources, and support staff development.
  • •Technical skills/systems knowledge, including PowerBI.
  • •Demonstrated experience in change initiatives across operations, IT, and product development, with a track record on large, complex projects.
  • •Requires a college or university degree and/or relevant work experience, plus strong project management knowledge for the functional business.
