Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for staff activities and efficiency for satisfactory prosecution of the work under supervision.
  • •Monitor client programme/progress reports and ensure client compliance with contract documents.
  • •Inspect workmanship and material; make layout checks on line and grades.
  • •Review and approve shop drawings; locate, execute, and interpret soils and materials testing per contract documents and specifications.
  • •Manage contract administration including progress payments, variation/change orders, additional compensation and time extensions, and prepare monthly reports including site safety monitoring.

  • •Experience supporting staking, testing, and inspection activities to ensure construction follows plans and specifications.
