Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage print sample scheduling and coordination, including tracking requests, planning production, and coordinating multi-step projects from concept through delivery.
  • •Design, preflight, and produce print samples that showcase HP PageWide Industrial capabilities, including variable data and personalization when needed.
  • •Operate and demonstrate PWI web presses during customer visits, demonstrations, and print production activities, ensuring exceptional image quality and color accuracy.
  • •Perform quality inspections and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, software, workflow, and print-quality issues to minimize customer impact and downtime.
  • •Coordinate customer engagement logistics and communication of status, timelines, and updates to stakeholders, including support for booths and marketing assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Communications, Printing Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in print production, industrial printing, customer support, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • •Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • •Experience operating industrial equipment, production systems, or digital printing technologies is highly desirable.
  • •Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot graphic file, print-quality, and workflow issues.
