Assistant Store Manager (Maternity Cover)

Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations in Ringsted, driving KPI performance and improving profitability. Set daily and weekly sales targets, monitor results via reports, and update action plans. Manage key areas including costs, inventory control, payroll administration, and scheduling. Lead and develop the team through training and coaching, assume store responsibility when the Store Manager is away, and ensure strong visual presentation throughout the store.
