Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor (Manheim)

Lead and manage the daily operations of Manheim recon shops by overseeing reconditioning employees, processes, and staffing. You’ll allocate and schedule labor, coordinate reconditioning goals and issues with leadership teams, and drive continuous improvements in process efficiency. The role also includes managing equipment, materials, and supplies, recruiting and training employees, and ensuring shops follow Manheim standard operating procedures and guidelines.
