•Lead and grow the Infrastructure team responsible for the foundational cloud, networking, storage, and compute layers
•Set technical direction and drive cost management, regional deployment strategy, and infrastructure unification
•Write and review code while mentoring engineers to increase team impact
•Own Kubernetes cluster foundations, geo-deployment architecture, and edge/security infrastructure
•Collaborate with product teams to enable reliable, self-serve infrastructure across production environments

Key Requirements

•5+ years building or leading production infrastructure/platform teams
•Strong experience with AWS (VPC, EKS/K8s, IAM) and cloud architectures
•Proven track record operating production Kubernetes clusters at scale (service mesh, autoscaling, multi-region)
•Deep knowledge of databases and storage systems (Postgres, OLAP, caching) and cost optimization
•Excellent leadership, coaching, and ability to drive technical direction across teams
