Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Infrastructure team responsible for the foundational cloud, networking, storage, and compute layers
  • •Set technical direction and drive cost management, regional deployment strategy, and infrastructure unification
  • •Write and review code while mentoring engineers to increase team impact
  • •Own Kubernetes cluster foundations, geo-deployment architecture, and edge/security infrastructure
  • •Collaborate with product teams to enable reliable, self-serve infrastructure across production environments

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building or leading production infrastructure/platform teams
  • •Strong experience with AWS (VPC, EKS/K8s, IAM) and cloud architectures
  • •Proven track record operating production Kubernetes clusters at scale (service mesh, autoscaling, multi-region)
  • •Deep knowledge of databases and storage systems (Postgres, OLAP, caching) and cost optimization
  • •Excellent leadership, coaching, and ability to drive technical direction across teams
