Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate IMS quality per DCMA requirements and maintain vertically/horizontally linked schedules for critical path assessments with limited oversight.
  • •Support technical work scope owners with timely and accurate status/forecasting; analyze program plans and validate/approve/integrate baseline changes.
  • •Assess variance and mitigation plans of technical experts to keep the IMS aligned to technical execution.
  • •Collaborate with Earned Value analysts and Cost Account Managers to ensure alignment between SAP, MRP, and IMS reporting systems.
  • •Create and update scheduling standard work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience (or advanced degree), or Associate’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience.
  • •Experience as a program Scheduler/Planner, program/project management, support for government proposals, and/or Earned Value Management experience.
  • •Actively hold a Government Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the security clearance.
  • •Be proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
  • •Ability to evaluate IMS quality and independently drive timely, accurate schedule support.
