Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and providing tailored financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities, assess client needs, and deliver solutions through referrals of investment and insurance products.
  • •Develop and maintain private client product knowledge and competently advise clients on investment, retirement planning, and tax optimization.
  • •Build a client referral pipeline through prospecting, identifying centers of influence, documenting calling efforts, and partnering with branch teammates and business partners.
  • •Open and service accounts and assist with teller-line transactions as needed while ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking).
  • •FINRA and insurance license requirements, including FINRA S6 and S63, FINRA SIE, and Life/Accident/Health Insurance licenses.
