Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across functional areas such as operations, supply chain, finance, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support design of future-state solutions.
  • •Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to implement business and system enhancements.
  • •Support enterprise applications by managing incidents, service requests, problem investigations, and system enhancements.
  • •Participate in testing and release management activities, including integration/regression/UAT, deployment validation, documentation, and go-live readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Understanding of business processes across operations, supply chain, finance, or manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of enterprise applications, business systems, or data flows, including relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle).
  • •Experience with enterprise application support and IT service management processes (incident, change, and problem management).
  • •Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools (Power BI or similar), ERP/CRM/MES or other enterprise systems, and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure (certifications like ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum, BPMN, or Azure Fundamentals are a plus).
