Job Summary

Join our finance team as an Accountant - Revenue responsible for daily revenue activities, invoicing accuracy, revenue reconciliation, and billing issue resolution. You’ll ensure invoices align with policy, map charges to correct GL codes, support monthly closings, and prepare revenue analyses for senior management in a fast-paced port operations environment.

Job Function: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

•Handle the day-to-day revenue activities and ensure all invoices are documented accurately and timely as per the accounting policies.
•Implement improvements in the billing process to prevent revenue leakages and increase efficiency.
•Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve billing issues and maintain credit limits allocated to ports customers.
•Ensure each billable item is booked and mapped with the correct GL codes; maintain documentation of all financial transactions.
•Review billing reconciliation for all operations to ensure accurate recording of revenue.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
•Holding an advanced finance qualification is an added value.
•Experience in handling day-to-day revenue activities and ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recording.
•Knowledge of billing processes, GL coding, and revenue reconciliation.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare revenue analyses for senior management.
