Leader responsible for the overall campus performance, enrollment growth, staff development, and adherence to Montessori education standards. Drives strategic planning, builds community among staff, parents, and children, ensures high-quality programming, and manages campus profitability while collaborating with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment targets.
