Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee coordination of MEP design and construction on industrial, manufacturing and data center projects.
•Analyze electromechanical installations to verify compliance with project specifications and Mexican legislation norms.
•Monitor day-to-day site activities and coordinate with contractor craftsmen to ensure quality and safety.
•Lead project team and client meetings in English and Spanish, issuing written communications, minutes and reports.
•Prepare, issue and present reports and attend weekly project meetings.

Key Requirements

•Ten years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial / Manufacturing / Data Center projects.
•Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
•Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems
•Commissioning experience is required
•PMI certification is a plus
