Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end procurement activities including reviewing requisitions, obtaining supplier quotations, negotiating within DoA, issuing POs, and managing PO modifications/cancellations/rescheduling.
  • •Maintain accurate procurement transaction records including purchase orders, GL accounts, project numbers, supplier info, shipping details, and required documentation.
  • •Monitor and expedite procurement orders by tracking delivery commitments, resolving delays, and leading recovery efforts to improve on-time delivery.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Program Management, Contracts, Planning, Finance, Warehouse) to resolve issues and support operational objectives.
  • •Manage supplier performance and procurement issues by resolving disputes, supporting accounts payable/invoice discrepancies, conducting RFx activities, and maintaining departmental KPIs and supplier aging metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, repair administration, supply chain support, or a related customer-facing operations environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field with 1–4+ years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience; or Master’s with 0–2+ years (or equivalent).
  • •1–5 years requesting supplier quotations, negotiating pricing within Delegation of Authority (DoA), issuing purchase orders, and ensuring purchase order accuracy (GL accounts, project numbers, and procurement documentation).
  • •1–5 years balancing quality, cost, and delivery to secure the best procurement solution while meeting customer requirements and resolving supplier/purchasing disputes.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel; must be a U.S. Person and legally authorized to access ITAR/EAR-controlled technology and data for the role.
