Key Requirements

  • •0–1 year of experience in any Healthcare BPO
  • •University degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of formal studies
  • •Good typing skills (25 WPM) or completed typewriting (lower preferred)
  • •1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications to navigate screens and learn new software tools
  • •Ability to work scheduled Monday–Friday shifts 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM and communicate effectively in English (oral/written)
