Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yield while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure every position is filled before production line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics; promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Ensure machinery is performing to the highest standard and that all workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, rotation of inventory, proper product coding, and keep records of reworked or returned product.
