Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with clients the scheduling of installations and pickups for rental group operations.
  • •Plan delivery preparation for construction sites and manage relationships with transporters, technicians, and park logistics teams.
  • •Ensure reliability and traceability by updating operational information in the internal tracking tool.
  • •Manage replenishment orders with suppliers and subcontracting services with partners.
  • •Control and validate technician interventions and review technical solution content to identify replacement alternatives when not available.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Bac +2/+3 degree (e.g., BTS Gestion de la PME) or a qualification in logistics.
  • •Have initial experience in planning and monitoring logistics for interventions.
  • •Be comfortable with computer tools and internal systems.
  • •Communicate effectively and provide a customer-service mindset.
  • •Have strong prioritization skills.
