Job Summary

Lead system engineering management on a high-profile missile electronics project, coordinating THALES and subcontractors across Europe. Define activities and reviews, ensure coherence and completeness of system requirements, report technical progress, and adjust development plans and processes to deliver on time, cost, quality and performance in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the activities of system engineering with THALES and non-THALES stakeholders.
•Define the activities and associated system engineering reviews.
•Ensure coherence and completeness of all requirements for the production line capabilities.
•Report technical progress for the activity.
•Develop or adjust the development plan for system engineering activities and adapt processes/practices to project/product requirements.
•Adjust the engineering environment as needed to meet project demands

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (engineering school or Bac+5) oriented to electronics
•Significant experience in system engineering with subcontracting/outsourcing on major projects
•Proven ability to manage development stages and deliver solutions within time, cost, quality and performance objectives
•Strong relational and negotiation skills with ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; travel required
•Bon niveau d’anglais; Italian knowledge is a plus
