•Track frontier research and product advancements in LLMs and code generation across market competitors.
•Identify high-value developer scenarios and translate them into a capability roadmap for the coding model.
•Conduct interviews with developers to understand workflows, pain points, and model failure cases.
•Define model evaluation standards across languages, tooling coverage, complexity, and correctness (unit/test frameworks, fuzzing, static analysis).
•Partner with research, engineering, and eval teams to drive model improvements with measurable impact.

Key Requirements

•Passion for AI and developer tools, with strong intuition for how engineers build software in real-world workflows.
•Strong signal-gathering instincts across research, tools, prototypes, competitor products, and developer interviews.
•Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear metrics, milestones, and decisions through structured thinking.
•Experience in developer tools and/or enterprise productivity (preferred).
•Experience in software engineering or hands-on development (preferred).
