Software Engineer, Data Storage & Data Lake (ByteDance Singapore)

Design and develop distributed storage infrastructure for the recommendation ecosystem, including HBase-related components and single-node LSM engines based on RocksDB. Build offline/real-time data architectures, scalable high-performance storage and computation models, and large-scale distributed processing frameworks for massive datasets. Troubleshoot production systems and implement reliability mechanisms and tools to ensure uninterrupted service and stability. Collaborate with a team serving more than a billion users.
