Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) - Real Estate

Lead end-to-end project management commissions for healthcare projects within a real estate division, serving as the key day-to-day client interface. Advise at project conception on strategy, define success criteria, and manage quality, safety, health, and environment. Establish governance, drive project planning and change control, monitor project finances and performance (KPIs), and produce progress reports while leading cross-functional teams.
