Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and develop a client base of UHNWI/HNWI to grow net new business via referrals and recommendations.
  • •Build and manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing maximum personalized service and investment solutions.
  • •Identify/segment target markets, spot opportunities, and implement annual marketing/business plans to increase wallet share.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end projects and liaise with internal colleagues globally, promoting private banking offerings and open architecture solutions.
  • •Assess prospects and manage due diligence, including KYC/AML/OFAC compliance, and ensure ongoing portfolio monitoring and diversification.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in private banking with a track record in business development and relationship management, including experience across other banking environments or investment companies.
  • •In-depth knowledge of private banking disciplines: banking, investment/portfolio management, and fiduciary wealth protection via trusts, companies, and foundations.
  • •Strong understanding of anti-money laundering requirements, OFAC, and KYC standards for international private banking clients.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is required as it relates to client geography.
  • •Ability to independently build long-term relationships with HNW/UHNWI clients, convert prospects, and manage due diligence and compliance screening.
