Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of data center construction projects as Owner’s Representative.
  • •Develop and establish the Master Project Schedule based on the Critical Path using P6 cost/resource loaded scheduling.
  • •Create and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs, hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
  • •Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, and bid analysis with recommendations.
  • •Lead cost/change control (change order review, negotiation, delay analysis) and manage document control, QA/QC, invoicing/payment applications, and project completion processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
  • •Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a solid track record of leading capital projects.
  • •5 or more years of related experience.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Experience supporting contract negotiation and overall project budget and schedule for sophisticated projects.
