Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with EHS standards, procedures, and regulations, with a focus on personal and process safety.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities and support smooth introduction of new products.
  • •Monitor chemical process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, reaction times) to maintain consistent finished product quality.
  • •Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance to optimize formulations and production cycles.
  • •Implement and monitor production KPIs (OEE, waste, energy consumption) and support investment projects, including inventory management in cooperation with Logistics and Supply Chain.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in the chemical sector (preferably PU).
  • •Strong knowledge of industrial chemical processes and production organization.
  • •Solid understanding of EHS standards, procedures, and regulations for the chemical industry.
  • •Experience with Bill of Materials, KPIs, and reporting, plus proven team management and cross-functional collaboration.
