Job Summary

Oversee the smooth operation of the live casino studio, ensuring game integrity and uninterrupted performance. You’ll supervise game presenters and shufflers, monitor studio quality and safety, and respond quickly to any game or staff incidents. Collaborate with teams across the floor (OCR, Workforce, and others), conduct staff and attendance checks, and enforce appearance and dress-code standards. Key Responsibilities

•Quickly identify and resolve game or staff-related incidents to keep operations running.
•Foster communication and teamwork with Floor Supervisors, OCR, Workforce, and other departments.
•Monitor operational quality and studio safety, inspecting equipment and flagging potential issues.
•Conduct regular checks to ensure dealers and shufflers are present during shifts and maintain accurate attendance records.
•Monitor staff appearance and oversee game presenters and shufflers to ensure smooth rotations and adherence to standards.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Serbian/English (written and spoken) and strong written/verbal communication; other languages are a plus.
