Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the end-to-end bid process across EOI, RFQ, RFP, prequalification, and tender submissions to meet deadlines and requirements.
  • •Prepare, edit, and compile technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and tender documentation.
  • •Maintain and improve proposal templates, company credentials, project sheets, CVs, case studies, and bid library materials.
  • •Follow up with internal teams, regional stakeholders, consultants, and external partners to obtain required information and documentation.
  • •Ensure bids are professionally formatted and ready for final submission, including alignment between technical and commercial submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or tender management within a PMC, engineering consultancy, construction consultancy, or related professional services environment.
  • •Previous exposure to data center, mission-critical, engineering, construction, or large-scale consultancy projects in the GCC Area.
  • •Experience coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary technical proposals and structured bid processes (compliance matrices, win themes, storyboarding, reviews, submission management).
  • •Experience supporting framework agreements, prequalification submissions, and large consultancy tenders.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
