Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
  • •Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations according to policy.
  • •Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • •Evaluate warranty items handled at the counter and determine disposition per manufacturer warranty policy.
  • •Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders efficiently (including occasional use of an RF scanner) and restock showroom merchandise; cross-train in receiving and shipping.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • •Preferred: high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related inside sales experience, and familiarity with pool supplies/parts/chemicals or pool construction/maintenance.
