Key Responsibilities

•Own sourcing strategy and supplier management for facilities, construction, and infrastructure-related categories supporting site expansion and operational scaling.
•Secure suppliers, services, and commercial agreements needed for facility buildouts, infrastructure upgrades, and ongoing site operations while balancing cost, quality, speed, and risk.
•Deliver sourcing support for facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects that meet business timelines and operational requirements.
•Achieve cost savings, cost avoidance, and commercial improvements across assigned construction, facilities, and infrastructure categories.
•Build supplier network performance using KPIs and mitigate commercial and operational risk through contract management, supplier diversification, and contingency planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management.
•Expertise in facilities, construction, infrastructure services, MEP trades, or CAPEX-related categories.
•End-to-end sourcing leadership, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and supplier management.
•Strong commercial, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
