Key Responsibilities

•Own MBSE product platform responsibility for high-fidelity system models in Ansys Twin Builder+ and Simulink for BMS and power-stage inverter.
•Design and develop power electronic software and specifications for motor controls in power tools and outdoor products.
•Conduct motor control MIL simulation and test in MATLAB, including motor control algorithms and lithium-ion battery system simulation.
•Expedite motor control design development using Speedgoat as a prototype controller platform.
•Lead and develop Speedgoat-based HIL test systems, including building digital power HIL twins and running hardware-in-the-loop testing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical or automation engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
•5+ years of experience in embedded firmware research/product development.
•Experience with high-fidelity system modeling in Ansys Twin Builder+ and Simulink for BMS/battery and power-stage inverter applications.
•Proficiency in writing and debugging embedded microcontrollers in C/C++, including code generation and BSP/HAL.
•Experience with motor control closed-loop systems (BLDC/PMSM), including Sensorless and FOC (field-oriented control) algorithms.
