Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Embedded Finance products and solutions.
  • •Partner with Business, Strategy, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Client Success to align product priorities with client needs, business objectives, and revenue opportunities.
  • •Translate market trends, customer insights, partner needs, and business goals into product plans, business cases, and execution priorities.
  • •Own product portfolio planning, roadmap prioritization, and lifecycle management, balancing short-term delivery with long-term investment.
  • •Lead product development across cross-functional agile teams and ensure success metrics and outcomes through the build-measure-learn lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, and software products in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
  • •4+ years of experience leading product managers, cross-functional teams, or large-scale product initiatives.
  • •Proven experience defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps for complex digital, payments, banking, embedded finance, or platform-based products.
  • •Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, money movement, financial technology platforms, digital banking, APIs, and regulated financial environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
