Own and activate customer data to execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and multichannel communications plan, with focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Continuously improve retention strategies and campaign performance, ensuring campaigns have measurable success metrics. Support technical setup of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and user journeys, driving insight-led weekly/monthly reporting and deep-dive analysis.
