•Maintain constant contact with agencies via visits, phone, and WhatsApp to understand their needs and maximize the use of the services offered.
•Manage agencies, route issues internally, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities within the client portfolio.
•Ensure positive engagement of agencies, turning them into brand advocates and driving value for Mercado Livre.
•Work with area indicators such as cancellation rate and Customer Satisfaction Score, focusing on retention and user experience.
•Conduct periodic visits to agencies to monitor performance, identify improvements, and recruit new partners when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Formação superior em Administração, Logística ou áreas relacionadas, cursando ou completo.
•Gestão de indicadores diários, semanais e mensais, traduzindo dados em planos de ação com comunicação clara.
•Conhecimento intermediário do pacote Office, com ênfase em Google Sheets para análise de dados e Google Slides para apresentações.
•Residir em Ribeirão ou região, com disponibilidade de viagens para Franca e São Carlos, atuação em regime híbrido (home office e presencial).
•Disponibilidade para viagens conforme necessário.
