Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete up to 6 months of basic training and pilot projects, then transition to mainstream engineering assignments.
  • •Perform engineering and design of industrial equipment such as air compressors, power tools, and fluid pumps.
  • •Create and release PLM-ready 3D parts/assemblies, 2D drawings, and technical documentation per Ingersoll Rand standards.
  • •Deliver component/assembly/system-level design tasks, participate in reviews, and apply design calculations to demonstrate capability.
  • •Apply DFMEA and root cause analysis, support design for manufacturing/assembly, and contribute to prototype and validation testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate/post graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •1-3 years working with Creo or SolidWorks or Inventor or NX, preferably with complex mechanical components.
  • •Strong 3D CAD skills including solid modeling, drafting, and assemblies.
  • •Experience with Windchill is a plus.
