Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle Annual Maintenance Club tune-ups, including completing garage door inspections using a checklist.
  • •Conduct call back visits when repairs/inspections don’t resolve issues the first time.
  • •Educate customers on their door and the findings from the inspection to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • •Receive purchase orders for the warehouse and update inventory using exact counts.
  • •Assist the Area Manager/Market Lead with load outs for techs and installers, and maintain physical warehouse inventory counts.

Key Requirements

  • •21 years old and a valid driver’s license with a 3+ year driving record.
  • •Physically able to bend, climb, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.

  • •Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to follow a checklist during inspections.
  • •Reading and basic math skills (e.g., measurements and payments), plus basic software knowledge (navigation apps, Google, and tablet/computer use).
