  • •Lead the budget & forecast process, ensuring the quality of the information and the delivery dates.

  • •Manage the weekly and monthly KPIs reports, ensuring the delivery of critical recommendations that guide the strategic decision.
  • •Develop and maintain automated financial models and dashboards.
  • •Drive deep performance analysis and profitability reviews, and prioritize business initiatives with stakeholders.
