Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage 1–2 engagements: workplan, staffing, timeline, quality, and delivery outcomes with the sponsor and practice leader involved throughout.
  • •Lead the engagement storyline—decide what to say, in what order, and what evidence is needed to support recommendations.
  • •Assign work, review results, coach in real time, and provide formal feedback to a 2–4 person team per engagement.
  • •Run workshops, war games, and strategy sessions; manage client expectations and serve as the main contact between sessions.
  • •Scope extensions and new phases, write statements of work, and coordinate with research/data science/Analyst Desk teams while sharing learnings back to the platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or investment banking, including 2+ years running project teams and owning delivery.
  • •Led full engagements end-to-end, with strong judgment around scoping and impact early in the engagement.
  • •Can lead executive rooms with differing opinions and guide the group to decisions.
  • •Has managed people (staffed, coached, reviewed) and handled tough conversations that improved performance.
  • •Comfortable building models and knowing when modeling is not the primary factor; uses AI tools regularly.
